- The telephone number (if supplied by the listee).
- Any relevant free text (supplied by the listee).
- The website address of the organisation/individual.
ONCE THE CONTENT OF THE EMAIL IS ACTED UPON AND TRANSFERRED TO THE CHAGFORD LIST WEBSITE THE EMAIL IS IMMEDIATELY DELETED.
