Give your mind a break!

The Kindness Hub, Huish, Mill Street

Everyone is welcome to join us at the Kindness Hub for a half hour of quiet time. Just sit and be – give your mind a break. No need for complicated seating positions or instructions. We sit on comfy chairs in a circle. There are no religious teachings involved, just friendly help and support for anyone that needs it.

People who have tried it have reported feeling less anxious and more relaxed and resilient. Not a bad result for an investment of just 30 minutes.

10.00am every week day and 7.00pm every Tuesday evening

See web site for more details www.kindnesshub.org

Can you offer accommodation, or your time or your skills or contribute funds to provide a warm welcome to people fleeing the invasion of Ukraine? Please contact Jane Elliott, the project co-ordinator by email at sanctuary@chagfordchurch.co.uk
