Advice, tips and tools to help you make the best choices about your health and wellbeing.
We’re here to challenge ageism and discrimination and tackle the inequalities that exist in older age. We will focus our resources on the critical areas of health and care, loneliness and poverty and concentrate our efforts where we will have the greatest impact and reach.
Our wide range of support services ensures nobody should have to face dementia alone.
We’re a local charity working in the community to support older people, their families and carers.
We want everyone to be able to love later life.

As a patient, relative or carer you might want to turn to someone at the RD&E hospital for help, advice or support.
This is where our Patient Advice and Liaison Service – PALS for short – comes in.
PALS is available to anyone using the RD&E’s services, including our hospitals, specialist centres and community services.
Our staff are happy to discuss your concerns over the phone or at our PALS office at the RD&E Hospital Wonford, in the main entrance.
Help, advice & support for losing weight, giving up smoking, reducing alcohol intake or getting more active.
